The Speaker, Ms. Cherry Hui, who is a practicing Barrister-at-Law and Former Deputy Magistrate, will make reference to the most recent precedent case in which she acted as the prosecuting counsel, a sentence of imprisonment and a fine was imposed by the Deputy Magistrate.
